This image is a montage from three separate images from Israel. the background image is a model of the Second Temple and Temple Mount as it is believed they appeared in the time of King Herod the Great. The view is from the eastern side. Next, there is an image of two men at the current Western Wall, sometimes called the Wailing Wall, which remains from Herod's Temple Mount. One man is reaching to put his prayer in the crevice between the stones. Or is he reaching for the Temple? Finally, there is the image of the golden menorah that has been prepared for the Third Temple that many Jews believe is still to be built on this site.

And how do you see the world around you? How do you interpret and filter what you see? I see light, shape, form, gesture, and the "decisive moment." I see questions and feelings in the world around me. For me, photography evolves from my inner vision and thoughts, and I concentrate on artistic expression. Although I grew up with an interest in art, it was not until my senior year in college that I discovered my "voice" in photography. Using traditional darkroom methods, I continued to shoot, print, exhibit, and grow in my personal vision. In the late 1990's, I had the chance to take photography courses at one of the best 2-year programs in the country, and in 2002 I completed my degree in Photography at Daytona State College. I show...
